A RESOLIITION ADOPTING STIPIILATION �
" � IN COIIRT FILE NO. 85-12992
WHEREAS, the City of Orono has assessed the property
known as the Art Center , and
WHEREAS, the Art Center in a separate action appealed
the value of the assessment, and
� WHEREAS, the matter was entered in District Court to
achieve resolution, and
WHEREAS, the City and the Art Center resolved the matter
as set forth in the stipulation between the two parties in
advance of a trial on the matter .
• NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, th�at the City adopt the
stipulation in the matter of Court File No. 85-12992 and direct
staff to take the necessary steps to implement its terms.
Adoptec3 by the Orono City Council this 14th day of
August, 1989.
