A RESOLDTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND AIITHORIZING TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
FOR TRDNK HIGHWAY 12 SANITARY SEWER
AND WATERMAIN IMPROVF�NTS
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared the preliminary
� plans for construction of municipal sanitary sewer and water
lines in the Highway 12 area in Orono.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono Council
does hereby direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and
specifications and to advertise for bids for sanitary sewer and
municipal water lines and appertainances for that area on Highway
12 from Brown Road North to Old Crystal Bay Road in the City of
Orono.
• Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota at a regular meeting held April 24, 1989.
