During past and recent correspondence we have discussed the
removal of one curb cut at your residence at 2580 Dunwoody
Avenue.
On Friday, May 31 , 1991 , Mayor Barbara Peterson and myself
reviewed on the si_te your request to not remove orie curb cut due
to drainage and safety concerns .
It is our opinion that there is not hardship to a 1 low for three
curb cuts and, therefore, you must remove one. Please contact me
at 473-7357 regarding the proper methods of removal.
