The existing roof is an older built-up asphalt and gravel roof. There is one existing leak. As we discussed, we could repair the area of leakage or instali a new roof. We will provide an option for installing new gutters with the roof. We propose to do the following work. SCOPE OF WORK AND SPECIFICATIONS Repair This would be done on a time and material basis.
