I have reviewed your sketch showing the additional curb cut to your property. I also inspected
the site.
It is clear to me that there is a reasonable alternative to having an additional curb cut. I would
suggest you consider widening your current driveway and/or construct a back around in the area
where the additional driveway would have connected to the existing driveway.
Therefore your request for an additional curb cut is denied.
