RE: 2445 Dunwoody Avenue
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Hanssen:
This is an order to secure the buildings at 2445 Dunwoody Avenue. The buildings are
deemed hazardous due to the fact that they are open to trespass. Therefore the City must
require you to secure the buildings as soon as possible, but before May 30, 2006. If the
buildings are not secured by that date, the City will cause the buildings to become
secured and the cost will be assessed against the real estate as provided in State Statute
463.21.
