WHEREAS, the �ity Council o£ the City of Orono has adopted
zoning regul�ations for the orderly, economic �nd safe cievelopment
of land wir_hin the Cit}�; and •
WHERE�S, tile Ciry Council has considered the application for
a Conditior.al Use Permit by Ca.lvary ,,emorial Church for transfer
of ownership and use of: the Elizabeth Gardner School building at
2420 Dunwoody Avenue from Independent 5chool District 277 to ;
