' WHER$AS, the City of Orano is a municipal corporation existing �
under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and ,
r
_ WH$R$AS, the cities of Orono, Spring Park, Mound and Hennepin �
County agreed upon a design for the reconstruction of County Road 15 from
Navarre to Mound; and
WH$REAS, Hardrives Inc. was the lowest responding bidder for the '�
�
project; and '
�

WHEREAS, Hardrives Inc. provided personnel to construct the �
project; and E
WH$REAS, Stanley Hemphill was very instrumental in constructing a '�
very difficult project due to restrictions related to maintaining traffic r
�ow, construction within very narrow rights-of-way, and maintaining access �
businesses and residences; and
WHEREAS, Stanley Hemphill and personnel from Hardrives Inc.
performed their duties in an exemplary manner.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono Council does extend
its aFpreciation to Stanley Aemphill and personnel from Hardrives Inc. and �
thanks them for a "job we11 done". �
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a
reg Iar meeting held April 24, 1989. �
