� � A RESOLIITION OF APPRECIATION
DONALD L. EANNAYJ
WH$REAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation existing
under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WH$RBAS, the cities of Orono, Spring Park, Mound and Hennepin
County agreed upon a design for the reconstruction of County Road 15 from
Navarre to Mound; and
WH$REAS, Hennepin County provided personnel to administer and
supervise the reconstruction of County Road 15; and
• . . -�- WHBR$AS, � Donald L. _ Hannan, Project Supervisor.__ ,_T,,ras; very
instrumental in�- supervising a very difficult project due to restrictions
related to maintaining traffic flow, construction within very narrow
rights-of-way,. and maintaining access to businesses and residences; and
WHER$AS, Donald Hannan performed his duties in an exemplary
�anner.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono Council does extend
its appreciation to Donald Hannan and thanks him for a "job wel 1 done".
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a
reg lar meeting held April 24, 1989.
