_,. .:. .�.._- _ WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation existing
under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
^ WH$RLAS, the cities of Orono, Spring Park, Mound and Hennepin
_ County agreed upon a design for the reconstruction of County Road 15 from
Navarre to Mound; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County provided personnel to administer and
supervise the reconstructiori of County Road 15; and
WH$REAS, David M. Feltl, Project Engineer was very instrumental
= in supervising�a very difficult project due to restrictions related to
maintaining traffic f low, construction within very narrow rights-of-way,
and maintaining access to businesses and residences; and
WHERSAS, David Feltl performed, his duties in an exemplary manner.
NOW, THEREFOR$ BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono Counci 1 does extend
its appreciation to David M. Feltl and thanks him for a "job well done".
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a
reg r meeting held April 24, 1989.
