CODNTY OF HENNEPIN
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLIITION APPROVING THE 1990 BIIDGET FOR
THE LARE MINNETONRA CABLE COMMQNICATIONS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Commission �was issued a Regular Certificate
of Con�firmation by the Minnesota Cable Commission Board relative
to the Cable Communications Franchise:
• WHEREAS, the City of Orono is an existing member of the
Commission: '
WHEREAS, said joint and cooperative effort is authorized
by Minnesota Statutes Section 238.08, Subd. 5;
WHEREAS, the existing joint powers agreement provides
that the member cities of Commission shall review and approve the
Commission budget;

WHEREAS, the the City has reviewed the 1990 budget of
the Commission and believes it to be proper; •
� NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the City Council of
the City of Orono approved the 1990 budget of the Lake Minnetonka
Cable Communications Commission.
The above listed resolut:ion was moved by Councilmember Peterson
and duly seconded by Councilmember J. Diann Goetten.
The following Council Members voted in the affirmative:
Mayor Grabek, Councilmembers Peterson, Goetten, Callahan and
Nettles. .
The following Council Members voted in the negative:
None -

1989.
