ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MONDAY, AUGUST 12, 2002 <br />• ROLL <br />The Council met on the above - mentioned date with the following members present: Acting <br />Mayor Bob Sansevere, Council Members Jay Nygard, Jim White, and Jim Murphy. <br />Representing staff were City Administrator Ron Moorse, Planning Director Mike Gaffron, <br />City Attorney Tom Barrett, Zoning Administrator Wendy Bottenberg, City Engineer Tom <br />Kellogg, Public Services Director Greg Gappa, and Recorder Alissa Wintemheimer. <br />Mayor Barbara Peterson was absent. <br />Acting Mayor Sansevere called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. Approve /Amend <br />Items 8, 12, 15, and 19 were added to the Consent Agenda. <br />Murphy moved, and Sansevere seconded, to approve the consent agenda as <br />amended. <br />is Vote: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />*2. Regular Council Meeting of July 22, 2002 <br />Murphy moved, and Sansevere seconded, to approve the Minutes of the Regular <br />Council Meeting of July 22, 2002. <br />Vote: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />OATH OF OFFICE <br />3. Josh Arneson, Part -Time Police Officer <br />Moorse administered the oath of office to Josh Arneson. Acting Mayor Sansevere <br />congratulated him. <br />
