If you look at the revised boundary in relation to the surveyed boundary on the site plan, there are some clear discrepancies, primarily with the north and northeast boundaries for the wetland. In addition there is no scale on the site survey that allows for comparison between the dimensions on the update Svboda plan and the site survey. It would be helpful to have the revised wetland boundary updated within the wetland delineation report to accurately reflect the wetland boundary on aerial photos, soils surveys, ect. Given the time that has passed since the restaking and surveying of the wetland, I am unsure if the discrepancies in the new survey were due to the movement of the wetland flagging or possible errors in translating data. Please look into this matter and let me know if you have any other questions. I apologize for the delay in the processing of this information. Our delay is a direct result of Jane Byron leaving the organization, Renae Clark being on maternity leave, and James Wisker being on vacation for two weeks. Right now I am trying to piece together the history of the project. Please be assured that we are working to satisfy your needs, but my inexperience with the process is causing the delay. We will have a letter out to the city early next week. Thank you for your patience. If you have any questions please feel free to call me.
