Melanie:
Per our conversation, upon receiving our temporary certificate of occupation we expected to complete our landscaping
and be ready for our final certificate of occupation by 7/31/16. Due to ongoing landscaping at our next door neighbor's
residence (2470 Carman Street), we have been unable to install our driveway, which is also preventing us from
completing our landscaping in the front of the house.
We expect to complete our driveway and landscaping shortly after our neighbors complete theirs but are dependent on
their timing. At this time we do still expect to complete all of the work by Fall.
Please let me know if you need further information or if there is anything else I need to do regarding this extended period
to complete our work.
