The plan depicts a retaining wall at 4-5 feet from the northern property line. Retaining wall within S feet of a property boundary require a variance. The builder should ensure the wall is built a minimum of 5 feet from the boundary. 2. The retaining walls along the driveway should be kept a minimum of 5 feet from the edge of pavement of the road. 3. Driveway should be shaped in order to minimize water draining on to the roadway.
