RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
NO. 2574
RESOLUTION
APPROPRIATION OF MUNICIPAL STATE -AID FUNDS
TO C.S.A.H. 15
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for
the City of Orono to participate in the cost of a construction
project located on C.S.A.H. 15 within the limits of said
municipality, and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by
the Department of Highways and identified in its records as
S.A.P. No. 152-020-06.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Orono, Minnesota that we do hereby appropriate from our Municipal
State -Aid Street Funds the sum of $200,000.00 to apply toward the
construction of said project and request the Commissioner of
• Highways to approve this authorization.
Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 23rd day of
January , 1989.
