Dear Steve :
7hank you for your prompt service this past August to
inspect our septic system to satisfy our home mortgage
lender 's requirements .
I 'm also writing regarding the septic system located on
neighboring property on Pine Ridge Lane . This is the third
correspondence we 've had regarding this matter , speaking
over the phone earlier this year on May 11 and August 26 .
I believe ynu noticed the septic water drainage which
is ponding on the ground surface in the area when you looked
at it in late August . There is an unpleasant odor because
of this standing drainage and I can 't believe this is in
compliance with the city °s septic code .
Wou1d you please respond to me by October 27 as tn the
corrective action to resolve this health prnblem?
