COMMENT PERIOD NOTICE
The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District is reviewing the following permit application.
MCWD Rules require notice to a?1 property owners within 600'of the proposed permitted area as a
courtesy,in the event there are any que�::ons or concerns.
16-262:Toni McGlynn has applied for u.Y:innehaha Creek Watershed District permit for Shoreline
&Streambank Stabilization for a new rip rap project incorporating native plantings located at 3980
Dahl Road in the City of Orona The de�,�roots of native shoreline plantings provide additional
stabilization,pollinator habitat,and filter stormwater before it drains to Lake Minnetonka.

Interested parties may request that a public hearing on this permit application be scheduled before the
MC�'D Board of Managers.Requests for a public hearing must be in writing and received at the
MCWD offices prior to 4:30 PM,June 9,2016.
