We are reviewing the application submitted for a deck addition to the property addressed 1205 Dickenson
Street. Even though an updated survey wasn't submitted with the application, we have found the deck to be
conforming in hardcover, setbacks, etc. based on the survey dated 8-10-11.
Before we can issue the deck permit, we must have your signature on the attached, updated escrow
agreement. No additional money is needed, just your signature. Please read, sign and return the attached at
your earliest convenience. I will have a copy printed off if you prefer to come to the City offices to sign the
escrow agreement. As with your previous applications, your escrow will not be refunded until an as-built
survey is submitted and approved.
