I am in the process of reviewing the permit for 1205 Dickenson Street.
Please submit three (3) copies of the revised, updated survey in order for the review to continue. The revised survey
should include the proposed erosion control as well. Please have the property owner sign the revised escrow agreement
form (attached) for submittal prior to the issuance of the permit.
Additionally, please identify the changes in the submitted, proposed building plans compared to the approved plans by
Grube Architects.

We have reviewed the plans for a proposed addition to the existing home at 1205 Dickenson
Street. The plans are dated 8-10-11. We have the following comments with regards to
engineering matters:
• This plan is generally consistent with the previously reviewed plan and is acceptable from
an engineering standpoint.
• This project will disturb more than 100 CY of material. Sediment and erosion control
information meeting the requirements of Orono's City Code 79-7(c)(2) must be
submitted. The minimum $2000 sediment and erosion control financial security should
be required of the owner for this permit.
