Re: Fence
Dear Mr. Melli,
A fence in your front yard was blown into the road. The fence was picked up and thrown into the
yard. The fence has been laying there for months and is an eyesore. This letter is to require you
to remove the fence from the yard before January 18th 2009. If this deadline is not met the city
will remove the fence and the cost will be certified as a special assessment per Orono Municipal
Code section 58-1. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at my office.

Dear Mr. Melii,
Thank you for your efforts so far on removing the damaged fence in your front yard. The rest of
the boards still need to be removed however. This letter is to require you to remove the fence
boards from the yard before February 16th 2009. If this deadline is not met the city will remove
the fence and the cost will be certified as a special assessment per Orono Municipal Code
