sub�nitted to the MinnEhaha Creek Watershed l�istrict (1V1CWD. This permit may
require lhe approvr�l of the MCWD Board of Managers. Board meetings are held on
the second and fourth'Thursday of each month, vaciance reques[s are heard the fourth

RE: MCWD Permit Application No. 04-182,2375 Devin Lane, Pool
Dear Applicant:
The comment period for the above mentioned permit application will conclude on May 24,2004.
The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District has determined the above mentioned permit application
to be complete and the application will be approved at the end of the comment period with the
following conditions:
• Reimbursement of mailing costs in the amount of$14.76
• Reimbursement of Rule J fees in the amount of$52.95
• Submit a declaration for the preservation of the wetland buffer which must be executed and
recorded
Due to the size and complexity of certain projects,the Board,by Rule J, requires that site
inspections be conducted. In these cases,the applicant is required to pay to the District,a fee equal
to the actual costs of analysis of the project,field inspection, engineering services, legal services,
and any subsequent monitoring of the work. These costs are referred to as Rule J fees.
Once the above mentioned fees have been paid staff will issue the permit. You are reminded that
work on the project cannot begin until the permit has been issued. This permit expires one year
from the date of this letter. If final municipal approval of the project results in changes to the
project you must submit revised plans to the MCWD for review.
