CITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> �� �'� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> t9kESH�g�' NO. 4 ,`3 �; 4 � <br /> A RESOLL�T'ION APPROVL`G THE <br /> PLAT OF CRYSTAL BAY PRESERVE <br /> FILE NO. 2518 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existin� <br /> under the laws of the State of I�linnesota; and <br /> `VHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br /> regulations for the orderly, economic and safe de�elopment of land w-ithin the City; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of� <br /> eight(8)lot residential development by Geor�e`V. Stickney on behalf of Mid-US Properties Limit�.: <br /> Partnership (hereinafter "the subdivider"): and <br /> `VHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of the RR-1B. <br /> Single Family Rural Residential Zoni.ng District finding that each lot is of a size and configuration <br /> that would allow its use for a sin�le famil�-residence to be fully developed; and <br /> W�REAS,the subdivider has completed or has aa eed to complete all requiremen:� <br /> of the platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 4314, the resolution grantin� <br /> preliminary approval of the Class III subdivision. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of standard perimeter drainage and utility easements. <br /> 3. A variance is granted for�idth of Lots 3, 4 and � which do not meet the 200' w1d�� <br /> requirement for the RR-1B zoning district, and a variance to allow filling a sm�:l <br /> amount of wetland on pro�rty o��ed by the DNR to raise the Luce Line Trail. <br /> 4. Designation and dedication of drainaje easements over the stormwater pond a^d <br /> designated wetlands within the plat. <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
