Both SAC and Sewer Project Connection Fees are required totaling$11,250. Please see the attached and explanation below: • Sewer Availability Charge (SAC). The 2015 SAC is $2,485. This fee is determined by the Metropolitan Council , Environmental Services (MCES), collected by the City and passed on to the MCES. • Sewer Project Fee. The 2015 Sewer Project Fee is$8,765 for this property. This charge is due prior to the � issuance of the building permit. This fee is in addition to the connection permit fee and cost of the grinder station needed to make the connection to this pressure sewer. According to Hennepin County, the Stavigs are owners of the property. Please provide proof of ownership. • Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWD) Permit. We need a copy of the MCWDs approvals and permit for erosion control. • Escrow Agreement. We have a signed escrow agreement, but the$2,500 escrow fee needs to be paid. • Sewer Availability Charge (SAC). The 2015 SAC is $8,765 for this property. This charge is due prior to the issuance of the building permit. This fee is in addition to the connection permit fee and cost of the grinder station needed to make the connection to this pressure sewer. Melanie may have mentioned to you that a MCWD approved wetland delineation and an executed MCWD wetland buffer declaration are required for this permit. We have consulted with the MCWD and are willing to issue the building permit prior to receipt of these items due to site specific conditions and weather constraints. However please note,we will not issue a Final Certificate of Occupancy until the MCWD has confirmed the above requirements have been satisfied.
