A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING �
THE INSTALLATION OF
°NO PARRING FIRE LANE° SIGNS
ON DICRSON AVENIIE EXTENSION
WH$R$AS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation
existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City of Orono staff has determined that a
safety hazard exists near 3800 Dickson Avenue Extension due to
vehicle parking; and
• WHEREAS, vehicle parking restricts resident and emergency
vehicle access.
NOW, TH$REFORE, BE IT R$SOLVED, that the Orono City
� Council does hereby designate Dickson Avenue Extension a fire
lane and authorizes the installation of "No Parking Fire Lane"
signs to insure vehicle access. .
Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 13th day of
Jun , 1988 .
