A R$SOI�IITION APPROVING THE PLAT OF
S�TBdtGREEN RIDGB
APPLICATION IiO. 1214
WHER$AS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHSREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted
subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of
land within the City; and
WH$REAS, the City Council has considered the application for a
subdivision of a two lot plat by Richard D. Ziminski and Karen Ziminski,
the subdividers; and
WH$RBAS, the subdivision has been found to meet al 1 standards of
the RR-1B,Rura1 Residential Zoning District finding that each lot is of a
size and configuration that wil 1 allow its use as a single family residence
to be fully developed without the need of any variances; and
WH�R$AS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the
platting regulations of the City, including:
• 1. Completion� of al 1 the requirements of Resolution No. 2363.
2. Dedication on the plat of rights of way for public roads, shown as
North Brown Road and County Highway No. 6.
3. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements.
4. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the amount of
$200.00 .
: 5. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the plat
' in the amount of $7 5.0 0.
NOW, TH$REFORE, B$ IT R$SOLV$D, that the City Counci 1 of the City
of Orono hereby approves the plat of Evergreen Ridge, Hennepin County,
� Minnesota, subject to the fol lowing conditions:
1. Prior to the issuance of a building permit for new construction
� on Lot 2, Block 1, Evergreen Ridge, a 30' wide section of existing
gravel drive adjacent to the west lot line must be removed and ground
cover restored within the disturbed area. The use of the existing
; loop driveway that now provides access to both County Road No. 6 and
' � North Brown Road is not approved with this subdivision.

2. Lot 1, Block 1 shall achieve access solely from County State Aid
Highway No. 6 and Lot 2, Block 1 shall achieve access solely from
North Brown Road. '
3. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with the
Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or before December 13, 1988
together with a certified original copy of this Resolution.
The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat has
not been filed by the date specified above. In that event, it will be
necessary to file � new application with the City of Orono for subdivision
review.
