A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT
74-08-87 BETWEEN HENNEPIN CODNTY
AND THE CITY OF ORONO
WHEREAS, agreement for participation in the construction
of County State Aid Highway No. 15 between Count�y Road 11�J in
Mound and just east of County Road 19 in Orono, Hennepin County
Project No. 8Pl24 , Agreement No. PW 74-08-87 has been prepared ,
revised and presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORS BE IT RESOLVED, that said agreement be in
all things approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City
Administrator are authorized to sign Supplement No. 1 to
• Agreement No. 74-08-87, Hennepin County Project No. 8024.
Adopted by the Orono City Council at a regular Council
meeting May 23 , 1988 . �
