POST 2 HOIIR PARRING ALONG
THE SOIITH AND WSST SIDE OF
THE NAVARRE PARRING LOT
WHEREAS, the City of Orono owns and maintains the
Municipal parking lot in the Navarre area; and
WHEREAS, the parking lot is for the convenience of the
Navarre business area; and
• WHER$AS, the construction of County Road 15 will
" adversely affect the ability of the Navarre business customers
entry to their places of business; and
WHER$AS, there is a demonstrated need to provide
adequate parking for their customers.
NOW, THEREFOR$, BE IT R$SOLVED that the Orono Counci 1
does hereby authorize and direct the Orono Public Works
Department to post 2 hour parking along the south and west side
of the Navarre parking lot.
Adopted by the City Counci 1 of the City of Orono at a
regular Council meeting held on May 9 , 1988 .
