RESOLIITION RECEIVING REPORT AND
� CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution �2259 of the Council
adopted September 14, 1987, a report has been prepared by the
City Engineer with reference to storm sewer _improvements for the
. Highwood Road area, and this report was received by the Council
�on March 28, 1988,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COIINCIL OF
ORONO, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such
storm sewer in accordance with the report and the assessment
of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an
estimated total cost of the improvement;
• Alternate I = $19,500.00
Alternate II • _ $25, 580 .00
Street Modifications = $ 8,250. �01
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvment on .the 25th day of April, •1988 in the Council
Chamber"s at 7: 0PJ P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and
publi"shed notice of such hearing and improvement as required
by law.
Adopted by the Council this 28�h day of March , 1988.
