A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT
74-�8-87 BETWEEN HENNEPIN COUNTY
AND THE CITY OF ORONO �

WHEREAS; agreement for participation in the construction �
of County State Aid Highway No. 15 between County Road 116 in
Mound and just east of County Road 19 in Orono, Hennepin County
Project No. 8024 , Agreement No. PW 74-08-87 has been prepared ,
revised and presented to the City.
NOW, TH��tEF'O�tR BE IT RESOLVED, that said agreement be in
all things approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City
Admirlistrator are authorized to sign Agreement No. 74-PJ8-87,
� Hennc�:pin County Project No. 8G24 .
Adopted by the Orono City Council at a regular Council
mee�ing January 25, 1988.
