A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL •
PLAP7S FOR UPGRADING COQNTY ROAD 15
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
and
WHEREAS , the City of Orono approved the preliminary
plans of upgrading County Road 15 from County Road 11Q in Mound �
to County Road 19 in Orono (Navarre) by way of resolution #1694
dated October 29, 1984, and,
WHEREAS , the City of Orono approved changes to the
. preliminary plan by way of Resolution #2081 dated November lf�,
1986 , and .
WHER$AS, Hennepin County submitted for final approval on
November 23 , 1987 the plans for upgrading of County Road 15.
• NOW, TH�3ItEFOItE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of
the City of Orono does hereby approve the final plans for
upgrading of County Road 15 from County Road 11P1 in Mound to
County Road 19 in Orono (Navarre) and agrees to provide
enforcement for the prohibition of on-street parking .
