A RESOLUTION DECLARING `
NOVENiBER 28, 1986 AS
JOl�N LATTIN DAY IN THE CITY OF ORONO
WHER�AS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
and
WHEREAS, Joan Lattin has been employed by the City of
Orono from December 13, 1965 to December 31, 1972 and from July
15, 1974 to December 15, 1986, and
WH�ItEAS, Joan Lattin has served as Finance Director and
Office Coordinator to the City of Orono from May 1968 to December
S 1972 and from July 1974 to June 1976 , and
WHEREAS, Joan Lattin has served as Assistant Finance
Director or Deputy Treasurer and Deputy Clerk to the City of
Orono from December 1966 to May 1968 and from June 1976 to
December 1986, and
WHERI3AS, Joan Lattin has been a positive asset to the
: community and a steadying influence to the City staff, and
WHERE�S, Joan Lattin is retiring after 19 1/2 years of
publ ic serv ice.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, November 28, 1986, is
declared as Joan Lattin Day in the City of Orono in honor of her
many years of service.
Adopted by the City Council of the City ot Orono, this
27th day of October 1986. � �
