A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION OF DELINQUENT
1986 ANNUAL SERVICE CHARGES FOR THE ON-SITE SE6�TAGE TREATMENT
INSPECTION PROGRAM
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota has enacted certain ordinances under the Minnesota
Statutes, there�fore pursuant to Chapter 12, Orono City Code
pertaining to payment and collection of the Annual Service Charge
for the On-Site Sewage Treatment Inspection Program, the
following properties are delinquent in nature.
1. WHEREAS, the City has obtained from Hennepin County
Auditor levy Number 10449 for the delinquent Annual
Service Charges for the On-Site Sewage Treatment
, Inspection Program.
� , • 2. That the Hennepin County Auditor be and he is her�by
authorized and directed to extend upon proper tax lists
of the county and further collect saia assessments
thereon in the manner provided by law.
3. That ten percent (10�) be added to the amounts due.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota at a regular meeting held September 22 , 1986.
