Stickney on behalf of Mid-US Properties Limite� <br /> Partnership (hereinafter "the subdivider"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of the RR-1B. <br /> Single Family Rural Residential Zoning District finding that each lot is of a size and configuration <br /> that would allow its use for a single famil�- residence to be fully developed; and <br /> WHEREAS,the subdivider has completed or has ab eed to complete all requiremer.� <br /> of the platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 4314, the resolution grantin� <br /> preliminary approval of the Class III subdivision. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of standard perimeter drainage and utility easements. <br /> 3. A variance is granted for�idth of Lots 3, 4 and 5 which do not meet the 200' w-id�z <br /> requirement for the RR-1B zoning district, and a variance to allow filling a sm�?I <br /> amount of wetland on pro�rty owned by the DNR to raise the Luce Line Trail. <br /> 4.
