It was the Fax:(952)471-0682 action of the Board to approve this application with the following conditions: Email: • Reimbursement of Rule J fees in the amount of$ 375.75 • Reimbursement of mailing costs in the amount of$ 23.40 admin�minnehanacreek.org Submit sureties for erosion control in the amount of$ 1,500.00 and wetland Web Site: • alteration in the amount of$5,440.00 www.minnehahacreek.org • Subrnit a declaration for the preservation of the wetland buffers which must be recorded. A site meeting with District Staff will be mandatory to accurately determine the wetland boundary and buffers for the required declaration. Due to the size and complexity of certain projects, the Board, by Rule J, requires that site Board of Managers inspections be conducted. In these cases, the applicant is required to pay to the District, a fee equal to the actual costs of analysis of the project, field inspection, engineering Pamela G.Blixt services, legal services, and any subsequent monitoring of the work. You are reminded that work on the project cannot begin until ScottThomas the permit has been issued. This permit expires one year from the date of this letter.
