Residential Zoning District, requiring 2.0 acres minimum lot area and 200' minimum lot width.
Subject Property contains approximately 0.54 acres and has a defined ]ot width of approximately
150'based on Hennepin County records and City code definitions.
Should the principal residence structure on the Property be 100% destroyed, variances to lot area
