I did however relay your concern to Mr. Olen with a phone message. I suggested that he may want to paint the poles orange or put flags on them to lessen his liability if someone was to injure themselves on them. If someone did harm themselves however, they would be trespassing on his property. I may suggest a fence on your side of the line to protect people from injury. The City code would allow a 42"high fence in your front yard. If I can be of further assistance please feel free to contact me at my office.
