Orono code requires all boats to be stored on the driveway in the front yard or in the back or side yard. The boat must also be registered to the property. It appears that the boat is registered to Karen Nystrom of New Germany. The vehicle also needs to be stored in the driveway. Please move the boat and vehicle to a legal location by May 26, 2004. This is a problem that we have had in the past at this property and if it continues we may be forced to issue citations. If you have any questions please call me at 952-249-4600. Odean 930 Dakota Avenue Long Lake, MN 55356 ' Dear Mr. Odean: I am writin in reards to your property described above. I have received several complaints concerning the unlicensed vehicle and the storage location of the snowmobile. This Office has contacted you before concerning this very same or similar violation so I will forego tlie formalities. The unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicle must be licensed and/or made roadworthy and the snowmobile removed concerning the unlicensed vehicle and the snowmobile removed from the property or placed in a more "discreet" location so as not to attract thP attPnr;n f thP neighborhood. I understand how sometimes "things" happen, but it also appears to me that maybe the proximity to the road of the offending items is on purpose. Please correct the situation by June 10, 2005. The City does have the right to remove the offending items and assess the costs of removal bacic to you. I truly hope it does not come down to this, but if my phone continues to ring it just might. I will re-inspect the property after June 10, 2005 to verify compliance. Thailc you in advance for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, ._, . :`` 9 '' °y/!✓'1.:,vK.
