I have attached the Subdivision Application along with a survey from 1978 for that address. As per our conversation, I have noted on that survey the approximate current sewer stub for the existing home. He asked for staff opinion on building a new home, approximately 37 feet in front of the average lakeshore set back. Melanie told Mr. Neve that staff would not endorse such a variance request as there is an adequate building envelope for a new home.
