I just spoke with Scott Oberaigner and he confirmed for me that both lift stations are City lift stations.... He stated that
they haven't had to drive down the spillway to access it (yet) and so far have serviced it from above on the driveway�ou
are hoping to maintain above the retaining wall. It still makes sense to me to leave both the spillway and that portion of
the driveway in place for this purpose.
I think you're still going to need to address your connection of the new and existing driveways for the McGlynn's use.

I spoke with Jesse Struve (our engineer) today and as I suspected if there are to be changes in the wall height (taller) or
location he will need your engineer to certify a new plan. We also discussed the lift station. He doesn't have a current
schedule for when our Public Works crew will be repairing the gully/ravine but indicated it is being planned. I noted while
we were looking at the plans the lift station near the spillway/driveway is a private lift station. I assume, as Tom McGlynn
indicated, that his contractors use the spillway to access the private lift station. If so I think it will probably be necessary
to leave it as is. When we met yesterday it wasn't clear to me that this particular lift station was private and it led to a
little confusion on my part, I'm sorry for that.
