Dear Joe:
This letter will confirm our conversation regarding storm water runoff on the property at 25
Cygnet Place in Orono. It is the City's intent to widen the swale to the north of the driveway
in an attempt to drain the driveway area quicker.
This attempt by the City to improve the drainage is not a guarantee and that further
improvements to the drainage may be the responsibility of the property owner.
