The undersigned owners of land situated in, Hennepin County Minnesota, do hereby consent to the
entry by the City of Orono, its agents and assigns, and by the general contractor, on their property
for the purposes of constructing a public improvement and the undersigned does hereby waive all
rights to commence an action of trespass against the City of and the general contractor because of
said entry on said property.
The City of Orono, its agents and assigns, and the general contractor, agree that the signing of this
Right of Entry shall in no way affect the rights of the undersigned property owners to be reimbursed,
for any damage to the property described herein, caused by the construction of said public
improvement by the City of Orono, its agents and assigns, and by the general contractor.
