We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: • The plans show existing but no proposed contours, the plans should be revised to show proposed contours and grading. Existing contours should be shown at least 50-feet south and west of the lot lines. • The city recently completed drainage improvernents south of this site.These improvements included installation of a storm sewer and construction of a swale along the west side of the subject property. The pla�s should clearly show the location of the storm sewer south of the site and the side yard swale along the west lot line.The applicant should provide appropriate easements over these improvements. • The plans should include proposed first floor and lowest level elevations.
