Dear Mr. & Mrs. Eiss:
It has come to the City's attention that a dock has been erected on the lakeshore
adjacent to your property located at 3445 Crystal Bay Road. As you are aware, the
City's position is that you are not entitled to a dock as your property does not directly
access Lake Minnetonka. As a result, the dock must be removed.
Please provide me with your timeline for removing the dock by no later than 4 pm on
May 26th. This letter serves as your notification that you must remove your dock or this
matter will be forwarded to the City Attorney for legal enforcement.
