However for a 10X 10 shed if you draw the shed on the existing survey in the proposed location and provide hard cover calculations on the enclosed form we will try to wave the survey requirement. Staff will need to visit the site to verify the calculations and you will need to find the lot corner pins and staff will need to conform the location. We wanted to know if there are any restrictions on that. How much clearance do we need to have from the property lines?Any other restrictions?
