The rights of individual on whom the data is stored or to be stored shall be as set forth in this section. Subd.2. Information required to be given individual. We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: • The grading plan should indicate how the runoff at the south of the proposed garage is to drain. It may be necessary to grade swales around the east and wide sides of the garage. In addition, in order to contain runoff on the subject property, an effort shoultl be made to grade a swale in the area where the bituminous is to be removed on the west side of the driveway. • The silt fence should be installed with the attached Orono Stantlard Detail.
