Re: Building permit refund 3405 Crystal Bay Road
On 4/19/2011 the city issued permit#2011-00227 to The Home Depot A.S.H.for window replacement at
3405 Crystal Bay Road. A portion of the Job was canceled and they are requesting a partial refund of the
permit fees. The original fee was$236.00 the reduced fee will be $177.00. The difference will be $59.00.
Please refund $59.00 to Elder-Jones Building permit service. Note that the State surcharge and the mail
in fee are not refundable.

4/19/11. The permit was for window replacement and patio doors at the residence o£
Catherine Sweet
3405 Crystal Bay Road
Wayzata, MN 55391
The homeowner had the windows installed but not the patio doors. The previous job
value was $12,840 with a permit fee of$244.42. Without the patio doors, the job value is
$8,944. Please refund the difference if possible.
Enclosed is the original permit. Please make the check payable to Elder-Jones Building
