Dear Ms. O'Reilly
, _I am writing in regards to your phone call to this Office on June 19, 2007 expressing
concern about possible dock violations and a junk car complaint. I have inspected the
area in question and have found the following to be true: The property located at 3447
Crystal Bay Road has two currently licensed vehicles and a registered boat. The property
located at 3445 did not currently have a dock located at it. The properties located at
3407, 3415 and 3435 had one dock each and two out of three had a deckboat docked to
the dock. The dock for 3435 had a large cruiser and a small runabout tied to it. This is
not unusual for Lake Minnetonka.
I am unable to cite any violations at the properties you expressed concerns about at this
time. If you have any other questions please feel free to call.
