� ��' CITY of OROI�TTO <br /> O .� O . <br /> '������ � RESOLUTION OF TI� CITY COUNCIL <br /> � �����'�` � � � No. 3 4 `7 � _ <br /> :a�;'�' ti <br /> ,�, � �, " Gti <br /> ��kEsS�¢� <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br /> VARIANCES TO <br /> MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.22, SUBDIVISION 1, <br /> SECTION 10.55, SUBDIVISION 8, <br /> SECTION 10.56, SUBDIVISION 16 (C) AND <br /> SECTION 10.25, SUBDIVISION 6 (B) <br /> FIL� �1961 <br /> WHEREAS, Warren Paschke (hereinafter "the applicant") is owner of the <br /> property located at 3349 Crystal Bay Road within the City of Orono (hereinafter "City") and <br /> legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 10, Wallace's Addition to the Village of Minnetonka Beach, Hennepin County, <br /> Minnesota (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for variances to Municipal <br /> Zoning Code Section 10.22, Subdivision 1,_Section 10.55, Subbdivision 8, and Section 10.56, <br /> Subdivision 16 (C) to allow replacement of a deck and railing located lakeward of the average <br /> lakeshore setback line and less than 75' from the shoreline; and a variance to Section 10.25, <br /> Subdivision 6 (B) to allow such deck and railing to be replaced at a location 7.3' from the side <br /> lot line where a 10' side setback is normally required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL�ED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1961. <br /> 2.
