Re: Storage Shed Construction
Dear Mr. Ogland:
Late last summer the City notified you of building and zoning requirements relating to two
storage sheds constructed on your property without building permits. As of this date, this issue
remains unresolved.
This letter is to require you to remove the storage sheds or apply for the proper permits and/or
variances before April 1, 1993. If this deadline is not met, the City may issue citations and
initiate further legal action. If you have any questions, contact Jeanne A. Mabusth or myself.

RE: Storage Sheds
Dear Mr. Ogland:
In November 1993, you withdre�v your application for a vacation of "Hillside Place" due mainly
to opposition from the DNR. This still leaves the construction of storage sheds without a
buildin� permit. One of the sheds is only partially on your property, the other is entirely on
railroad property.
This letter is to require removal of the buildings before July 11, 1994. If this deadline is not,
the City will initiate legal action. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at my
office.
